VIDEO and Photo Sessions Concurrent Sessions: [organized by Appointment slots ONLY]

PLEASE NOTE: This is a free service that we offer the US and Global FWN100™ Awardees and included in the Filipina Summit All-Access fees so we can continue to build our Time Capsule.

• We need your full cooperation so we can fill all time slots as we are held to the videographer and photographer contractual schedules. If you are a NO-SHOW or late for your appointment, we will bill you for the videographer or photographer fees. If you are late, we will try to re-book but no guarantees.

• Individual Time allotment: 2 minutes for video interviews; 2 minutes for photo sessions.

• Please arrive “camera ready” with your make-up and hairstyle done.

Suggested Attire:

• Please wear an outfit that represents your profession or industry (chef, military uniform, lab coat, judge’s robes, etc.). You may also choose to wear a Filipiniana outfit.

• Please do not wear any dangling jewelry on the ears or neck that may interfere with the audio recording device.

• Avoid wearing white, bright red, tight patterned clothing or anything reflective.

• BE ON TIME. Please arrive at the designated location 15 minutes before your schedule so you can feel relaxed and beautiful! Think happy thoughts so you will project your inner beauty.

• It is important that you are PROMPT to avoid your interview to being shortened or cancelled.

• Interview questions will be based on the nomination information provided to FWN and questions we asked you for the FWN Magazine Commemorative Issue.

• Keep your answers to the interview questions, short and to-the-point. Think sound bites.
